We have a 30-day return policy for qualified purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be proven to be defective or unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to submit receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us here.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
We do not offer exchanges. You may purchase a replacement product at any time.
Phoenician Grinders wants our customers to know that we confidently stand behind all the products we manufacture with a limited lifetime warranty. You will need to register for your warranty here. Please read the disclaimer information below BEFORE making a claim to ensure it is valid.
The warranty does not cover surface finish scratches, dents, chipped magnets, squeaky components, stripped screws, damaged screens, torn screens or general wear as a result of use. The warranty does not cover any lost or stolen products. The warranty does not cover any products that were damaged by physical damage or improper cleaning. (For more information see “Cleaning Process” below.) We do not warranty any “Elite Series” or custom labeled Phoenician products.
Specifically, the limited-lifetime warranty covers functional aspects of the grinder components, which include: the grinder teeth, the lock notch couplings and the screen brace. If any of these components exhibit damage that hinder normal operation we will be happy to send a replacement.

To make a warranty claim, please Click Here to Contact Us. Please make sure to include the serial number of the grinder and attach pictures of the damaged components along with a picture of the bottom with the serial number. All pictures must be clearly visible and sent as attachments.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
