Refund policy

Returns 

We offer a no questions asked full refund upon return for unused products within 30 days when purchased direct from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us here.

Upon return authorization you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges. Replacement transactions must be made separately. 

Warranty
Phoenician Grinders wants our customers to know that we confidently stand behind the functional aspects of all products we manufacture with a limited lifetime warranty. You will need to register for your warranty here. Please read the disclaimer information below BEFORE making a claim to ensure it is valid.


Disclaimer
The warranty does not cover surface finish scratches, dents, chipped magnets, squeaky components, stripped screws, damaged screens, torn screens or general wear as a result of use. The warranty does not cover any lost or stolen products. The warranty does not cover any products that were damaged by physical damage or improper cleaning. We do not warranty any “Opulent Series” or custom labeled Phoenician products.

Specifically, the limited-lifetime warranty covers functional aspects of the grinder components, which include: the grinder teeth, the lock notch couplings, magnet and the screen brace. If any of these components exhibit damage that hinder normal operation we will be happy to send a replacement.

Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please Click Here to Contact Us. Please make sure to include the serial number of the grinder and attach pictures of the damaged components along with a picture of the bottom with the serial number. All pictures must be clearly visible and sent as attachments.

Damages & Defects 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Used items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Loss Or Theft

Purchases of any products sold through PhoenicianGrinders.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that all risk of loss and title for purchased products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship to address. Phoenician Grinders is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery of products.
