What if my grinder gets stuck?

This can happen if the grinder is closed too tightly, exceptionally dirty and/or is exposed to extreme temperatures. The best way to resolve this issue is to place the grinder in the freezer for 12-24 hours. Waaalllaaa! Problem solved! If extremely dirty, soak for 24 hours in ISO alcohol prior.

Make sure that you are using the right micron size screen for your climate. Our Upgrade Kit is designed to help you optimize your expierence. In drier climates you will want the fine screen and in more humid climates you will want the course screen.

"Absolutely the best grinders! The two piece and s great because you can control the grind, meaning just a couple of twist and it will come out chunky, a couple more twist and it will come out finer. Some people hate grinders because they make dust of your material, not Phoenician Grinders. With the craftsmanship of these grinders, it will last more than a life time. Just wish I could have grabbed the Phoenician rolling and dab tray! They are so dope if you can find one. Sorry for the pics of dirty grinders but my grinders put in work. 😊🫡🔥"
