LIMITATIONS:Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover surface scratches, dents, chipped magnets, squeaky components, stripped screws, damaged screens, torn screens or general wear & tear including fading of anodize coloring. Any physical damage will void all warranty coverage. Our warranty is exclusive to all registered purchases made directly from Phoenician Grinders and authorized retailers only. What if my grinder gets stuck?

This can happen if the grinder is closed too tightly, exceptionally dirty and/or is exposed to extreme temperatures. The best way to resolve this issue is to place the grinder in the freezer for 12-24 hours. Waaalllaaa! Problem solved! If extremely dirty, soak for 24 hours in ISO alcohol prior.
