How to get the most from your kief catcher
Kief is the trichome dust that falls off your flower as you grind. In a PRO 4 piece it sifts through the screen into a smooth, beveled bottom chamber, and the included kief spoon sweeps it out cleanly instead of leaving it stuck in square corners. Three things decide how much you collect.
1. Match the screen to your flower and climate. Every PRO 4 piece ships with the standard 300 micron screen. The Upgrade Kit adds the fine and coarse screens.

2. Keep the screen clean. Tap the grinder after each grind and brush the screen weekly. A dirty screen is the most common reason kief stops collecting. The screen is held by one screw and comes out in a minute with the included Allen key.
3. Freeze it before you clean it. Put the grinder in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes first. Cold makes kief let go of the metal so you can brush it out before the soak. Full steps in how to clean a weed grinder.

4 piece grinder FAQ
Does the kief fall through by itself? Yes. The ground flower rests on the screen and the fine trichomes fall through into the bottom chamber as you grind. A few taps on a hard surface speeds it up.
How often do I clean the screen? Brush after each use and lift the screen out for a deep clean with isopropyl alcohol every few weeks. Replacement screens are in the accessories collection.
What is the difference from a 2 piece? A 2 piece has no screen and no kief chamber, so it is faster to use and clean but saves nothing. If you want kief, this is the collection.
Can I use it as a 3 piece? Yes. You can pull the screen chamber out and run it as a 3 piece if that's your style.
