Phoenician weed grinders are machined from aircraft grade aluminum, lock without threads, and carry a limited lifetime warranty on the parts that do the work: the teeth, the lock couplings and the screen brace. Every grinder here is built in two or four pieces, in small, medium and large, so you can pick by how much you grind and whether you want to collect kief.

How to choose a weed grinder

2 piece or 4 piece? A 2 piece grinder is a lid and a bowl: fast, fluffy grind, nothing to clog, nothing to clean but the teeth. A 4 piece grinder adds a removable stainless screen and a kief chamber underneath it, so the trichomes that fall off your flower are saved instead of lost. If you want kief, buy a 4 piece. If you want speed and simplicity, buy a 2 piece.

Which size? Small (1.855 inch) fits a pocket and grinds a bowl at a time. Medium (2.47 inch) is the everyday size for one or two people. Large (3.225 inch) is for shared sessions and rolling in bulk, and the large 4 piece comes with a rolling paper holder and ashtray built into the lid.

What makes it last? Arced cutter blades scissor the flower instead of pulverizing it, the threadless lid cannot cross thread or strip, and the screen lifts out so it can be cleaned or replaced from the accessories collection. Does kief fall through a 4 piece grinder on its own? Yes. As you grind, the ground flower sits on the screen and the fine trichomes fall through into the bottom chamber. Tap the grinder a few times to help it along.

How often should I clean my grinder? A quick brush after each use and a deep clean with isopropyl alcohol every few weeks keeps the teeth sharp and the screen clear. The removable screen makes the deep clean a five minute job.

Metal or plastic? Metal. Aluminum teeth stay sharp, do not shed into your flower, and are the reason we can offer a lifetime warranty.

What does the warranty cover? The limited lifetime warranty covers the functional parts of the grinder: the teeth, the lock notch couplings and the screen brace.
